Website:
WordPress, self-hosted: it's free, powerful, versatile, with lost of plugins....Unbeatable!
Host:
Siteground host most of our sites nowadays. We have tried quite of view host services throughtout the years but we find Siteground is by far the best for our needs.
The servers are reliable and fast (faster than any host we used before), and the support is just fantastic! All that at an affordable price.
CRM:
Streak, free version. It a light CRM. It comes as a Chrome extension and live in Gmail. Perfect for us.
Web Forms:
Web forms are the forms that people fill up on your website (enquiry forms, booking forms...).Gravity Forms are the best in the market. You can also use Contact Form 7 which is free but it has its limitations.
Email automation:
We use GetResponse. Great automation, great support and also very good value.
Zapier:
We build our systems with Zapier. It gets your apps to talk to each other.
For example: You receive an enquiry by email. Zapier will send that enquiry to Streak and create a box with all the details of the enquiry.
You really need to have a look at it to understand how it can revolutionise you day to day work.
Fiverr:
A great place to find freelancers, whether you need a graphic designer for your logo, website, Facebook ads, flyers or you need help with your WordPress installation or video editing...You name it, Fiverr is the first place to go to.

Canva:
Canva is another great tool if you are looking to design ads, banners, logos, flyers....It's easy to use, very slick and free!
