Please read our full Terms and Conditions before paying the deposit as payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance on your part of our Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings: Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. (You can pay the deposit at the bottom of this page).
Deposit: The deposit can be paid by credit card or PayPal. You will receive an email on receipt of the deposit in our account.
Refund: The deposit is non-refundable.
Paying the balance – The balance will only be accepted in one lump sum. It can be paid:
By cash to the teacher on the day (BEFORE the beginning of the dance class).
By credit card, PayPal, bank transfer: Full payment must be received into our account 14 DAYS PRIOR to the lesson.
Arriving Late: If you arrive late the lesson will still be deemed to have started at the scheduled time and will finish at the scheduled time.
Anti-social behaviour: Anyone engaging in anti-social behaviour will be asked to leave either by the dance teacher, choreographer or the management of the venue where the class is being held in and no refund will be issued.
Damages: First Dance Academy will not accept responsibility for damages caused by the client in the venue. The client will be held responsible.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate if you need to reschedule. A $90 fee will apply.
Acceptance of the above conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the limit of our liability.
