The Cutler family are the directors of AURA Dance Studios, Solihull's home of Ballroom and Latin since 1987 -- the longest-running dance studio in the Birmingham area. Martin Cutler is IDTA qualified across Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Rock 'n' Roll and Freestyle, a former Director of the IDTA, former Director of the Ballroom Dancers Federation and former President of the Formation Teachers Alliance. His son James Cutler is a British, UK, Danish and Canadian Champion, a Championship Adjudicator, and has danced professionally on Strictly Come Dancing, in Burn the Floor, the Giovanni Let Me Entertain You tour, and the Kai and Nadiya tour. James's dance partner Polina Maier has also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing and toured with Anton Du Bek. Lyn Marriner, another member of the teaching team, is a World Professional Ballroom Champion. AURA offers private wedding first dance lessons at its three-ballroom studio in Solihull, covering everything from a simple romantic routine to a fully choreographed show-stopping performance. The studio has been rated Three Best in Solihull and is a family-run institution trusted by generations of dancers across the West Midlands.
