Katie Geddes is the founder and director of The Dance Studio Leeds, an award-winning dance studio based at Mabgate Mills in Leeds city centre, established in 2009. The studio has been named a Nation's Favourite Business in 2026, won the Prestige Award for Service Excellence three consecutive years running (2023-26), and has been featured across BBC Radio Leeds, ITV News, Capital FM, The Yorkshire Post and The Times. Katie and her team of professional freelance dance teachers offer dedicated wedding dance tuition alongside a full programme of adult dance classes, hen party packages, team building and educational outreach. The Dance Studio Leeds has welcomed BBC production teams, West End theatre companies and hundreds of wedding couples through its doors, and has raised over 16,000 GBP for local charities through its Celebration of Dance showcases.
