Philip and Christine Diment are the directors of DM Dance Centre, one of Southampton's most established dance institutions. The studio at 10 Spring Crescent, Portswood has been a popular dance school since the 1930s and has been run by the Diment family for over 40 years. Philip is a past President, Examiner and Director of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA). Christine is an established championship adjudicator in Freestyle and Secretary of the South East Area IDTA. The studio offers wedding first dance lessons alongside a full programme of adult Ballroom and Latin, Commercial Pop, Musical Theatre, Freestyle, Line Dance and Argentine Tango classes. All teachers are fully IDTA qualified. The studio itself is fully licensed with a bar and air conditioning -- a comfortable and professional space for wedding couples to rehearse in before the big day.
